VALLEY FORGE, PA (July 20, 2023)—Vanguard today announced the election of Grant Reid to its board of directors and to the board of trustees for each of the Vanguard funds.

Mr. Reid is the recently retired Chief Executive Officer of Mars Incorporated. He spent more than 30 years at the company across several management roles, including leading sales and customer care, as well as the company’s Drinks and Chocolate divisions.
